Poster Spotlight Presentations

(special selection of poster presentation: authors got notified)

|
Presentations consist of both a 5 minutes presentation of the key results of the research in the Oral Session and of a poster.
Submission: Presentations should be submitted by email by August 10th
to lcm-upload@ifu.baug.ethz.ch. Maximum email attachment size is 10
MB; compressing your presentation (e.g. creating a zip file of your
presentation) can reduce your presentation file size. Presentation
file names should include your abstract ID number and your name
separated by dashes, e.g. 999-Fake-Name.ppt
Do not submit a poster unless invited for a spotlight presentation!
Redundancy: Please bring a full copy of your presentation on a USB key
to the conference.
Time: Spotlight Presentations are 5 minutes long. There will be no discussion in the session, as interested people are expected to meet you at the poster. Over-time presentations will be stopped to keep the conference on schedule. Please, only highlight one or two key results of your research and try to get the audience interested in attending your poster. Do not show more than three slides.
Format: Presentations should be Windows Office 2007 or 2000 Powerpoint
compatible. To ensure proper formatting, please check on another
computer that your presentation displays correctly.
Presenting: For the poster presentation, please see the guidelines above.
For the oral presentation, please meet your session chair 10 minutes before the session start!
