Description:
Huge and ever increasing amounts of mineral construction wastes are produced in Switzerland. This causes increasing scarcities in both, landfill space and primary mineral resources (e.g. gravel). The EBIREC plant , operated by Eberhard Recycling, recycles mineral construction materials (concrete, mixed rubble) to concrete. Close-by Eberhard Recycling operates a plant to launder contaminated mineral material, thus enabling it for recycling.
